The other is a three-bed semi-detached villa over several floors, with about 160 m² inside, its own pool and garden, and a roof terrace with sea views. Residents of the apartments share two outdoor pools, one of them an infinity pool. Most of the images are photos of the two homes as they are now, empty and ready to move into; three are renders.

• Villa: 3 bedrooms, about 160 m² usable and 191 m² built, a 24 m² covered terrace and about 217 m² of open space with a private pool and garden
• Aerothermal air conditioning and hot water, per the developer's specifications
• Two communal pools, one an infinity pool, for the apartments, per the developer's specifications

What we'd check before an offer

• These are the only two homes on the developer's list of 15 October 2026. We'd confirm they're still free before a viewing.
• Prices don't include IVA or purchase costs, per the price list. New build pays 10% IVA and 1.2% stamp duty, so the penthouse is about €721,000 before notary, registry and legal fees.
• The payment plan is €6,600 to reserve, 30% at the private contract and 70% at completion. As the homes are finished, the deeds can follow quickly.
• As they're finished, we'd want the first occupation licence and the energy certificate before you reserve, and we'd look at both homes in person for snagging.
• Community fees and IBI aren't in the documents we have. With communal pools we'd get them before you commit.
