Apartments around a pool and sports court in Mijas Costa, some ready now

1 to 3 bed · pool, sports court and climbing wall · some homes ready to move into

From €239,000plus 10% IVA

A large development of apartments in several blocks around a central garden in Mijas Costa, built in three phases. The second phase is finished and ready to move into, the third is being built, and the first has one three-bed left. The developer's renders show a big communal pool with swimming lanes and a smaller pool, a sports court, a children's playground, a covered climbing wall, a covered exercise area and a picnic garden. The marketer's website gives little more than the phases and prices, so we'd get the plans and specifications for any home you like. The images are renders and aerial views supplied by the developer.

Phase 2, ready to move into: one, two and three-bed homesFrom €239,000 + 10% IVA
Phase 3, under construction: two and three-bed homesFrom €355,000 + 10% IVA

The facts

  • Phase 2 is ready to move into, with 1, 2 and 3-bed homes; phase 3 is under construction, with 2 and 3-bed homes; phase 1 has its last home left, a three-bed, per the marketer's website
  • Communal pool with swimming lanes, a smaller pool, a sports court, a playground, a covered climbing wall, a covered exercise area and a picnic garden, as shown in the developer's renders
  • The marketer's website doesn't give sizes, specifications or the number of homes

What we'd check before an offer

  • The marketer quotes its prices plus IVA, which is 10% on a new home. A new build also pays 1.2% stamp duty, so a €239,000 home is about €266,000, and a €355,000 phase 3 home about €395,000, before notary, registry and legal fees.
  • For a finished phase 2 home we'd ask for the licence of first occupation and the energy certificate. Phase 3 is off-plan, which means stage payments, each needing a bank guarantee in your name; we'd get the completion date, the payment plan and the building licence in writing before you reserve.
  • The website gives no sizes, plans or specifications for these homes, or whether parking and a storeroom are included. We'd get all of it for the home you like before a viewing.
  • Phase 3 is still being built, so we'd ask where it sits in relation to the home you buy and how long the works will run.
  • Community fees and IBI aren't in the material we have. We'd get them before a viewing.
  • Homes sell, so we'd confirm the one you want is still free. We'll send the name, the plans and the energy details when you get in touch.
Whose side we're on. We act for you, the buyer, on this home. We're paid by the seller's side, as on every sale on this coast, and nothing is added to the price you pay. Your lawyer should be yours alone.

Prices checked on 21 October 2026; taxes shown as they apply in Andalucía, before notary, registry and legal fees. Information from the selling agent or developer, believed correct but subject to change, errors and prior sale. The consumer information required by Decree 218/2005, including the energy rating, is sent to any buyer before they sign or pay anything.
