The buildings have curved, planted terraces around a central garden with three outdoor pools. Residents also share an indoor pool, a spa, a solarium, a gym and a co-working room, and each home comes with parking and a storage room. The penthouses have terraces of up to 165 m² with a small pool and an outdoor kitchen. Building started in July 2025 and the developer expects to finish at the end of 2027. The images are renders.

What we'd check before an offer

• The developer's information sheet quotes its payments plus VAT, so 10% IVA goes on top of these prices. A new build also pays 1.2% stamp duty, so the €407,925 home is about €454,000 before notary, registry and legal fees.
• We have the overall price range but not the price, size and floor of each free home. We'd send you the live list for the size you want before a viewing.
• Each stage payment before completion needs a bank guarantee in your name. We'd see that in writing, and the licence, before you reserve.
• Community fees and IBI aren't in the material we have. With an indoor pool, a spa and three outdoor pools, we'd ask for the projected community budget.
• Homes sell, so we'd confirm the one you want is still free. We'll send the name, the plans and the energy details when you get in touch.
