What we'd check before an offer

• The availability list gives no sizes, and the one unit sheet we have labels its two areas oddly, so we'd get the plan and the sizes in writing for any home you like.
• New build pays 10% IVA and 1.2% stamp duty on top, so the €1,325,000 apartment is about €1.47m before notary, registry and legal fees.
• The developer's own sheets give two completion dates, summer 2027 and 2028. We'd get the current one in writing. Each stage payment must be covered by a bank guarantee in your name.
• These are the homes on the developer's list of 3 July 2026. Last units move, so we'd confirm before a viewing.
• We'll send the name, the plans and the energy certificate when you get in touch.
