A new block of fifteen two-bed homes in the residential area of Los Pacos in Fuengirola, joining an existing community with a pool, a gym and a sauna. The rest of the block has sold, and what's left is two penthouses, each with a private roof solarium of about 100 m². It's a few minutes' walk to the centre of Los Pacos, with shops, schools and a bus, and about 2 km from the beach. It has its building licence and is due to be finished in September 2027. The images are renders, apart from the pool and gym, which are photos of the existing community.

What we'd check before an offer

• These prices are on the developer's list of 9 October 2026, which states they're net of IVA. A new build also pays 1.2% stamp duty, so the €363,000 penthouse is about €404,000 before notary, registry and legal fees.
• The payment plan is €10,000 to reserve, 30% at the private contract and 70% on completion. We'd want a bank guarantee for the 30% before you reserve.
• Fuengirola has stopped registering new holiday lets in flats without their own street entrance, so this suits living in or letting long term. We'd check the position for these homes before you plan on letting.
• Community fees and IBI aren't in the developer's documents. We'd get them before a viewing.
• With only two homes left, we'd confirm they're still free before a viewing. We'll send the name, the full plans and the energy certificate when you get in touch.
