The four homes still free are two-beds, three of them on the ground floor with a garden. The complex has a pool, big gardens, a yoga area and an open-air gym, and every home comes with a garage space and a storeroom. The images are renders and drone photos of the area.

What we'd check before an offer

• Completion is planned for summer 2028, per the agency. The payment plan is €6,000 to reserve, 20% at the private contract, 10% six months later and 70% at the deeds, and each stage payment needs a bank guarantee in your name.
• New build pays 10% IVA and 1.2% stamp duty on top, so the €490,000 home is about €549,000 before notary, registry and legal fees.
• The developer says a private pool is possible on the ground floors. We'd find out the cost and whether it fits the garden you're looking at.
• Only four homes are on the September 2026 price list, so we'd confirm what's still free before a viewing.
• Community fees and IBI aren't in the developer's documents. We'd get them before a viewing.
