A development of 65 apartments and penthouses in three buildings, right beside a golf course in Casares Costa, looking over the fairways to the sea. Every home comes with a parking space and a storeroom, and there's a communal pool in landscaped gardens. The developer expects to finish in the last quarter of 2027. The first four images are renders; the photos show the golf course beside the site, the building works in 2026 and the view from the sales office.

What we'd check before an offer

  • These are the 11 homes still free on the developer's list of 2 October 2026. Homes sell, so we'd confirm the one you want is still free before a viewing.
  • The price list says IVA and fees aren't included. New build pays 10% IVA and 1.2% stamp duty, so the €428,000 two-bed is about €476,000 before notary, registry and legal fees.
  • The payment plan is €11,000 to reserve, 20% at the private contract, 10% during the build and 70% on completion. We'd want a bank guarantee in your name for every payment before completion.
  • The built areas on the price list include a share of the common areas. The usable areas are smaller, about 74 to 94 m², so we'd compare homes on the usable figure.
  • The developer expects to finish in the last quarter of 2027. Dates slip, so we'd ask where the build has got to before you commit.
  • If you'd want to let it to holidaymakers, we'd check the town's rules and the community's statutes before you reserve.
  • Community fees and IBI aren't in the documents we have. We'd get them before you commit.
  • We'll send the name, the full plans and the energy rating when you get in touch.
Whose side we're on. We act for you, the buyer, on this home. We're paid by the seller's side, as on every sale on this coast, and nothing is added to the price you pay. Your lawyer should be yours alone.

Prices checked on 26 October 2026; taxes shown as they apply in Andalucía, before notary, registry and legal fees. Information from the selling agent or developer, believed correct but subject to change, errors and prior sale. The consumer information required by Decree 218/2005, including the energy rating, is sent to any buyer before they sign or pay anything.
