Paying for it
Borrowing for a home in Spain, sorted before you view.
Spanish banks lend to Irish buyers. Tell us a bit about your plans and we'll put you in touch with the mortgage broker we work with, so you know your real budget before you fall for a place.
Tell us the basics
Two minutes on the form below. No documents, no income figures, nothing you'd think twice about sending.
We talk it through
We ring you, go through what you're planning and what it will cost on top of the price, and answer what we can. If you want to go further, we introduce you to the broker. Not before.
The broker does the rest
They check what you can borrow and which banks suit you, then run the application with you. We stay with you on the property side, from the search to the keys.
What it costs you
The broker charges its own fee and explains it to you before you commit to anything. If you take a mortgage through them, they pay us a referral fee out of that fee. It costs you nothing extra, and you're free to use any bank or broker you like.
Buying through a company?
It can be done, but it changes how lenders look at you and the tax picture with it. Pick it on the form so the broker knows from the start, and talk to your accountant early.
Run the numbers first
Our cost calculator now has a mortgage section: pick a loan size, a rate and a term and it shows the deposit, the taxes and fees, your own money in total and the monthly repayment. For how Spanish banks lend to Irish buyers, read Spanish mortgages for Irish buyers.
